Demo Study Center ("we", "our") operates a self-study center in Lucknow. This policy explains how we collect and use your information.
Information we collect
- Name, phone number, guardian's phone number, email and address provided during admission/registration.
- Identity documents (such as Aadhaar/DL/College ID) submitted for verification.
- Attendance records created when you scan your entry QR code.
- Fee and payment records for your membership.
How we use it
- To manage your membership, seat allocation, attendance and fees.
- To send service messages on WhatsApp (fee reminders, receipts, entry/exit alerts to you or your guardian).
- To keep the library safe by verifying genuine students.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Data is processed on the Hub2Readers platform and messages are delivered via WhatsApp Business API. Payment processing happens through our payment gateway provider; we never store your card/UPI credentials.
Retention & rights
