- Monthly seat fees once paid are non-refundable for the running month.
- If a seat cannot be provided by us after payment, the full amount is refunded within 7 working days to the original payment method.
- Duplicate/failed online payments are refunded automatically by the payment gateway; contact us if not received within 7 days.
