- Membership: Seats are allotted per shift on a monthly subscription. A seat is confirmed only after fee payment.
- Fees: Fees are payable monthly in advance. If fees remain unpaid after the grace period, gate access is suspended automatically until payment.
- Entry: Entry is via your personal QR code only, during your subscribed shift. Sharing your QR with others is prohibited.
- Conduct: Maintain silence, keep phones on silent, and do not occupy seats other than your allotted desk. Management may terminate membership for misconduct.
- Belongings: Use lockers where provided; the library is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.
- Communication: Service updates are sent on your registered WhatsApp number (and guardian's number where provided).
- Changes: Timings, plans and pricing may be revised with prior notice.
